By accessing or using MakeInterviewEasy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

MakeInterviewEasy provides AI-powered resume analysis, ATS scoring, keyword matching, bullet rewrites, and voice mock interview services. The Platform uses artificial intelligence models and third-party services to deliver these features.

3. User Accounts

You may use certain features without creating an account. Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and lawful information in your resume uploads.
Not upload resumes or content that belongs to others without permission.
Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or payment systems.
Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its AI models, software, design, and content, is owned by MakeInterviewEasy. Your resume and uploaded content remain your intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the services you request.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ATS scores, resume rewrites, interview questions, and feedback are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided as guidance only. We do not guarantee that using our suggestions will result in job interviews or offers. You should review and customize AI-generated content before using it in your job applications.

7. Limitation of Liability

MakeInterviewEasy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Payment and Refunds

Core features are free. Paid plans (Single Premium Check, Monthly Pass, Voice Mock Pack) are one-time or recurring purchases in INR. Since these unlock digital access immediately upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of a duplicate/failed transaction where service wasn't delivered.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
